
1:1 Coaching
I provide deep coaching, which might feel challenging as we delve into the deepest level of your being, but will lead to longer lasting transformation, and forward movement to embody new ways of being and doing in the world.
How it works
Step 1
We will begin with a complementary clarity call which usually takes about 30 minutes.
The purpose of the clarity call is to explore your current circumstance, and what the challenges are for you, and to determine if we are aligned as a good fit to work together. We will discuss what it is you deeply desire in any area of your life, and the changes you would like to see.
Step 2
We will work together for 6 months, with 2 sessions a month. If you decide you want coaching for longer than a 6 month period, the package can be extended.
I will provide support between sessions through email, whatsapp, voice notes and accountability so you are getting the most out of this coaching journey, and you feel supported on your path.
All I ask is that you are committed to the process, feel ready to go on the transformational path, and you are ready to take action.

1:1 Coaching Package
We will work together for 6 months with 60 - 75 minute sessions twice a month over zoom. I also offer 2 optional Tapping sessions (Emotional Freedom Technique) (EFT) within this package.
You WON’T be doing this alone. I will be available on email and WhatsApp to provide support to you between sessions, empowering you on your Transformational journey.
Coaching is a commitment to you and an investment into the changes you want to see in your life.
Sessions can include holistic and healing techniques to support you on your journey, such as Tapping (EFT), Mindfulness, Meditation and Breathwork, Intuitive Guidance, Creative Visualisations along with Positive Psychology tools and techniques.
